Subjects Taught
1st Grade

I graduated from University of Phoenix in 2011 with a degree in Elementary Education.

In December of 2015, I received my Masters in Special Education, K-6 Collaborative Education.

My teaching career began at Headland Elementary School in 2011 in the 2nd grade, where I taught for 4 years. I also taught 4th grade for 2 years and I am looking forward to my second year in 1st grade this year.

Let me tell you a little about me...

I grew up in Clayton, Alabama.

I am a wife and mom.  My husband works at GSWP as a Sales Representative.  We have two daughters that we adore. Reece is 11 years old and is in the 6th grade at Headland Middle School. Caroline is an HHS graduate and attends Pellissippi Community College in Knoxville, TN.  Our girls are active in basketball, many clubs within the school, and many church events.

We are members of First Baptist Church Headland. I am a choir member and serve on several church committees.

I love to read, craft, and collect cookbooks.

Outside of the classroom you will find me enjoying time with my family and friends, watching Auburn football, and enjoying life.

War Eagle!

A few of my favorite things include Dr. Pepper, friends, family, church, music, good books, Pinterest, and a lazy afternoon.

I can't wait to learn more about you!!!
